"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. From their react, we see a warm heart. No job is big or small, all jobs are equally important. Understanding the difficulties of others, for the people, been appreciated by the people. Thank you again for your high quality service. We definitively recommend MMP Construction Inc. to anyone for any related home project."

"When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

"Wagner Home Renovation was fine. The gentleman did a nice job and he seemed like a very nice gentleman."

"Chris took my rough design, refined it and used his drawing for permitting and as a guide for subcontractors. Chris supervised excavation the foundation pour, utility connections and a variety of specialty contractors including plumbing and electrical, wallboard and plaster including the a very nice ceiling, windows and roofing. He did all the framing, rough and finish carpentry, flooring including tile, himself. There was no element of the build where he wasn’t intimately involved. Chris was considerate of my ideas, and enhanced and often expanded on the them. He was conscious of my budget and stretched my dollars without sacrificing quality. Two years later when a sliding door seal failed he replaced the door at no charge. My home is modest but “feels” bigger and more expensive than what it was. It is open concept with a lot of natural light. It takes advantage of passive solar heating and with my wood stove this 1800 square foot house makes it through the coldest winter without turning on the gas heat yet only consumed two cords of wood! It’s too bad Chris moved to the coast, contractors with integrity and skill are not easy to find. Our community’s loss, is Coastal Maine’s gain. I would be happy to recommend Chris to anyone in need of his many skills."

"Nice family business. Had some trouble with some employees getting started but Costas and his dad always took over and made sure everything was great. They did most of the work themselves which was important to me that someone was always on site. My schedule is crazy. Iâ m often not home and I trusted them to be here and get the job done without my oversight. We ran into some challenges, even added a few more jobs to the project. He took in stride, eager for the work and honest and upfront about what he could do what needed to be done? I enjoyed working with him, so Iâ m giving him another project"

"Communication was awesome, showed up very timely and finished the job quickly! Excellent. We plan to use them for other projects soon! I'm so lucky! I didn't think there were people out there that had strong work ethics anymore!"

"We bought our first home this year and absolutely love it, but we quickly learned it needed more TLC than we realized. We could see rot on our exterior trim and clapboards, plus a missing gable vent. From the very beginning, Shawn impressed us. His estimate was incredibly thorough, and it was clear he’s a true professional. As new homeowners, we felt confident putting our home in his hands. We are so fortunate we hired him. Shawn showed up early, worked late, and demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in everything he did. When we discovered the rot was far more extensive than we thought, he never made us feel stressed or overwhelmed—he walked us through our options, offered solutions, and helped us make the right decisions for our home. The quality of his work speaks for itself, but just as important, his communication, reliability, and integrity made the experience exceptional. We will be working with Shawn for all of our home’s needs. We actually missed him when he left !"

"Responsive. Respectful. Reliable. MRC Construction did an outstanding job with my new siding and gutters! This was my first big home improvement project. I set a budget, began the research and ultimately requested bids from four suppliers. MRC was the most competitive, offered the product selection and warranty I was looking for and their schedule fit mine. Rodrigo is professional and patient and answered all of my questions. Marco managed the onsite work flawlessly. From the first phone call to the last walk through, MRC Construction is FIVE stars. I highly recommend MRC Construction and will go back to them for my future projects."

"The work was outstanding and Cody was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We have already had him back here to do other projects, construction-related, and we have been pleased."
