"Excellent job on a tricky Nest thermostat installation."

"Chris was referred to us by a trusted friend to turn two of our bedrooms into a small apartment. One of the bedrooms was converted into a living area with a kitchenette. Chris did an amazing job installing the cabinets and countertop. His subcontractors that did the flooring and plumbing for kitchen sink did a great job as well. Chris also cut an exterior door and added an interior door to separate from the main house. All of the work Chris did was exceptionally well done. He was always here when he said he would be and got the job done in a timely manner. His communication was on point. When this job was done we asked Chris to also put cabinets in our laundry room and change out our countertop. Another project done very well! Price point for both projects were very reasonable. Would highly recommend Chris and his team for any project, big or small."

"Tile repair was done very well. Cameron came in, got the job done, and then went further to help me. Grateful for the expertise and quality of work."

"We've had a great experience with Ludan Construction. Phillp is easy to communicate with and his work is exceptional. We would highly recommend his services."

"They were on time, cleaned up after work, easy to work with. and responsive ."

"We were very, very, pleased with the finished tile and paint work and impressed with their professionalism, great customer service. They were prompt to arrive on the job and if there was any delay for any reason, they called ahead to let us know why and then gave an update on their estimated time of arrival. Would hire again if needed for any future tile installation and/or interior painting for our house."

"I have done many remodels in my lifetime and I must say working with Rick and his crew was the easiest remodel I have ever done. It wasn’t a small job either. We converted two bedrooms, added a door, installed a kitchen, remodeled the entire bathroom, and the list goes on. They were clean, professional, friendly, and had great suggestions. Rick was easy to get a hold of and communication was always smooth. Clarity and reviews of project details were done regularly. We had to do some tricky things to install a washer and dryer, and his team was always open to other options which helped us to keep our costs within budget. They were creative, always respectful of our property, and I would highly recommend Rick Hicks and his outstanding crew."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Kings. They did an excellent job of completing the exterior painting of my home. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Their prep work was great. They were very pleasant to work with in addition to the high quality of work performed. Thank you Ryan."

"Donald was AMAZING. I purchased a home from a builder that was listed as a four bedroom, but when I inspected the home prior to closing, I realized it was a three bedroom with a bonus room. Most contractors told me they were unable to take the job because the project was too small, but Donald was eager to help (even though he typically works on much larger projects, too). He was transparent about costs and timing and worked within what he promised. I would absolutely hire Donald again, and if you're looking for someone who is honest and does great work, contact Idahome Builders!!"
