After complete demolition of the original 37 yr old space, team member Tristen expertly rebuilt the room including crafting a damless shower and then installing tile walls and floor. He kept me informed every step of the way and we have a beautiful walk in shower with no barriers. Other members of the team were outstanding in removing and replacing the original flooring throughout the first floor. Tristen again was great installing new lighting throughout. Rob is a master painter with 25+ years of experience and did a meticulous job painting walls, ceilings, doors and trim and they look brand new! Josh, the project manager is a great liason and communicator. He and Shawn were responsive to any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Rendon Construction!"

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"
