"The communication from the office was wonderful. The technician arrived late, but apologized. Did put up the fan. However, the only reason they didn’t get a five star rating as he did not ask me what size downrod I wanted and installed the longer one and I wanted the shorter one. When I asked him, he said it’s too late to change it now. However, he was courteous and kind. Just didn’t follow through on what I had asked because he said it would take too much to change it."

"Rob called several minutes after receiving the HomeAdvisor referral yesterday and came out this morning. He gave a reasonable estimate and was able to install the fan and the remote control. His charge does begin when he arrives instead of at the time the work begins but I am very pleased with his service. He arrived on time, was very professional, explained what he was doing, why, and answered my questions. I will use him again if I have need for further electrical services. I believe a got a quality install of my new ceiling fan."

"I called first thing on Monday morning and someone was on their way by the time I got out of the shower. He showed me what had caused the problem and worked quickly to repair the system. He explained everything that he was doing and I had heat before the afternoon was out. If anything happens in the future, Alpine will be my first call. I couldn't have asked for a better experience."
