"Remodel is not quite finished but it's gone so incredibly well I had to start the review now and add details later.   Work started on Jan 3 and in ONE month here's what they've done:   gut kitchen including remove wall and soffit, gut bathroom & remove soffit, remove carpet,  remove popcorn from all ceilings then texture and paint, tear out old in-ground spa, install drywall, relocate electrical and lighting in all rooms, install tile, cabinets, and granite in kitchen & bath, and paint all rooms.  Only big things left are wood floors going in this week and resurface the patio next week.  I heard horror stories about living through a renovation, especially popcorn removal, but it's been a breeze.  Bryan's great to work with, organized and responsive, and has a team of skilled and just really nice guys.   (An added bonus is Bryan's eye for design - some of my favorite changes were his suggestions.) We got estimates from 3 A-rated companies on Angie's list and there is no doubt we chose the right one.   Excellent experience.  Excellent company.

"Fantastic! I’ve used this company many times for A/C repair and maintenance and have always been pleased with their work. This was my first time having them do electrical work and am very happy with the results. Office staff were very pleasant when scheduling the appointment and I received an email reminder the day before as well as an email when the technician was en route. Pete, the electrician who did the work, was terrific. He arrived when expected, got right to work, and knew his stuff. He was very neat and took pains to make sure that the new box for the ceiling fan was properly centered in the kitchen. He also relocated the garbage disposal switch to a more convenient spot in the cabinet under the sink and changed which outlet in a bedroom was controlled by a wall switch. All this, including cleanup, was completed in just under three hours. I would definitely use this company again for electrical work as well as A/C service."
