"Brandon came right on time the very next day after I called him. He was very professional and did a great job on our wooden screen door. He went above and beyond by putting a small round metal piece on the door opener at the top (not sure of correct name) which keeps the door open when needed. We would hire him again and highly recommend his services."

Second, Matthow, the person who completed the work was outstanding. He arrived prior to the scheduled appointment and did everything he could to repair the existing opening system. As it was the computer component that failed, he was not able to complete the repair. Thus, he installed a new system. He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he as doing prior to doing it. "Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
