He listened when I asked if he could come sooner, he replied quickly and was here the same day, even though it was just a small job. "Bryan did an excellent job with my dishwasher install and he was very enjoyable to talk with. Very personable which is why I decided to have him do this work over other plumbers. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was done right and to my liking. I highly recommend using him as a handyman, and I will be using him in the future! ?"

"We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

"Communication was great. The guys showed up on time and performed the job quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommended using them for appliance installation."

"Norris is the ONLY appliance repair company I call. Over the years for different appliance repairs, fridge, range, washer, and most recently dryer, i have received quality service at a fair price. The guys are professional, personable, punctual and know what they are doing. The most recent experience last week for a dryer with no heat. Nick was on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes of a bad thermal fuse, had the part, replaced, and heat was fixed. I can call them for small repairs for a fair price and they respond immediately and set appointments within a day or 2. No other appliance repair companies are needed with Norris as our go to appliance repair co."

"Very knowledgeable about the appliance. He was in an auto accident and still fixed my ovens with one hand in a sling. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for getting my ovens up and running for the holidays"
