We were originally scheduled for Sunday (which surprised me), but they didn't show up until Monday. The worst part was that I had to constantly follow up myself to find out if they were coming. However, we ran into a major issue: the drying equipment required more power than my house could handle. They had to hire an electrician for temporary panels. The owner explicitly told me he would cover that cost, but I later received an unexpected $3,000 bill that insurance refused to cover. Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. I waited three weeks for a repair that ended up being poor quality. "
