"Julio was so easy to work with. He and his crew are perfectionists and my floors are gorgeous. I highly recommend JMA Flooring!"

"I called Prime Property Care and Renovation for work needed at my mother's home. Kyle and Nick arrived on Father's Day and spent several hours repairing her front wood deck, trimming back her yard overgrowth and clearing her entire front yard. My mom was thrilled with the results and we are so relieved she now has safe access to her home. They were very professional and polite, and the cost was very fair for the work done. I highly recommend and will call Prime Property Care and Renovation now for all our home repair needs. Thank you guys!"

"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"Transformation is the best company I have worked with! My bedroom is beautiful! It is neat and precise. And it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"The laminate installation wasn't so bad, the bad part of the job was the reinstallation of the trim between the baseboard and the new floor that I have to redo myself because it was left all broken and badly nailed"

"Shillem delivered beautifully on everything they contracted to do and went beyond the scope in proactively addressing other issues without increasing the contracted costs.  They were amazing and I look forward to being able to have them do work for me again.  Could not be more pleased.  This company has continued with more and more work to the property.  They took over management of the property and made all improvements in readying the buildings and grounds for rental.  I am most impressed and pleased with their continued work and will definitely use their expertise in the future. "

"Repairs was done perfect and customer service was outstanding. Great price and fast response. Recommended business!"

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"
