"Work requested was patching an asphalt roof (not metal) which recently lost some shingles. Crew came the next day on a Sunday afternoon which was greatly appreciated and did a great job on several bad spots on the roof. Only quibble I had was communication. Neither of the two roofers who did the repairs spoke very good English and even the owner was difficult to understand making it hard to explain the repairs needed and to get an estimate before the job began. However responding on a Sunday (heavy rain predicted for Monday) and doing a very good repair got them 5 stars."

"The project went very well. The window frame upstairs was repaired without entire window replacement. The door frame around the French door downstairs was rotted. It was not salvageable. When we found the door size was no longer made, Javier came up with a solution and the work was completed in less than a day. Great job! I highly recommend these guys. "We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected.
