"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Toilet & shutoff faucet were leaking. Already a lot of water everywhere. Called 1st plumber I could think of. The man who came out was fine & replaced the 2 parts. He had a checklist to check which repairs were done & the prices are on it, so I don't blame him; he just works for the company. Was here less than an hour. $457!!!!!!!! for what was a simple fix & maybe $25 in materials. I had to pay as I was stuck between a rock & a hard place. I am furious. Talk about price gouging. I can't stop swearing. I am a single senior on social security. Money grubbing just isn't a strong enough criticism."

"Phil Catanzaro was great to work with from start to finish. I appreciated him checking in before, during, and after the project. Requesting the quote and scheduling the work was seamless, and the crew was friendly, fast, efficient, and skilled. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors, and will reach out to them again for any future work."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
