"Overall I was impressed with Southern Home Solutions. After meeting with five window replacement companies, we went with SHS. Their price was competitive and reasonable. They did not use high-pressure sales tactics such as hard sells and "today-only" pricing that seem to be common in the window industry. The quote and details about the windows was more detailed than the quotes I received from competitors. The project manager, David, was helpful and accommodating; he was willing to meet on evenings or weekends, and he answered my questions and any requests for quote adjustments promptly. One thing I didn't like was that they did not inform me before the installation that the replacement windows are insert replacements, meaning that you end up losing 1-1.5 inches of glass on each side due to the extra frame."

"This is the second time we have asked Bradley Construction to take on a project and it simply turned out EXACTLY the way we hoped it would. "Good news is they built a deck for me. Bad news, they charged me an extra $2400 after it was completed. There was nothing in the contract about the extra charge. Also bad, was it took them longer than expected to come start the work. Finally, the finish was not as good as expected or promised."
