"Rick contacted me immediately, set an appointment right away, was extremely professional, did full disclosure on potential problems that might be encountered due to age of plumbing, did the work quickly, and  cleaned up so well it was like he was never there.  He went out of his way to find a replacement tub spout because the original type is no longer available, and he made a second trip to install it by my hoped-for deadline.  I found his bill to be quite reasonable for the time and effort involved.  I have recommended him to others already and am looking forward to having him do some more extensive work in a partial bathroom remodel within the next month or so.  NO complaints at all!

"Brock met with us very quickly to give us a quote - MUCH less than the previous quote we had received - to paint the interior of the house we just purchased. We were working on a short timeline and needed the house interior painted before our furniture was moved in.  Brock worked with our budget so that we were able to have all the rooms painted that we wanted.  It was very easy to communicate with him and he immediately had a grasp on what we wanted.  The job was finished earlier than expected, and was done very professionally. I was very impressed to see how thoroughly the house was prepped for painting, and how thoroughly everything was replaced.  A couple tweaks were needed and his crew had no problem returning to the house promptly to fix them. Overall a very good experience and we are likely to use InTouch Painting in the future.

He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation.
