On appointment day, I called to find out the status of my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule.  However, they accommodated me immediately. "Couple of things MaidPro can improve on: making sure instructions make it to the person doing the actual cleaning. I gave specific instructions to not vacuum carpet upstairs because we were replacing it. No cleaning of  counter tops or sinks because they were being replaced. We really wanted toilets, tub, appliances in kitchen cleaned and major dusting of walls and woodwork to ready for painting.  The walls and woodwork got done but those instructions didn't make it into job instruction nor did the need for no vacuuming upstairs or cleaning of counters and sinks. Part of my two hour time projection was used up and caused the young woman to stay over to get our needs taken care of at the condo. She did so and had no problem. <br /> That said, I would use them again! I thought all involded were professional, very nice and accomodating. I did post similar comments on their survey and I got a prompt response from the owner in Baton Rouge thanking me for the suggestions.To their credit they stuck to their estimated charge of $174. "Carpets were cleaned in three bedrooms and living room area.  The technician was very prompt and polite.  I asked in advance how long the job would take and how long the carpets would take to dry.  The job was completed in less time than they projected (which always worries me a little).  They told me it would take 3-4 hours to dry.  However, the carpet was still too wet to walk on 12 hours later and there were still some damp spots 24 hours later.  Our carpet is a little thick, but nothing out of the ordinary.  They were not able to remove any stains, but I wasn't really expecting that much for the price.  My purpose was to get the carpets freshened up a little. <br />"
