Renovation
"Luie and his team did a remarkable job through-out this entire renovation. Electrical wiring replaced, wallpaper removed and walls refinished in drywall, new bathroom installed. New window (large), ran cable wires, poured concrete floor, added new doorway... the guy does it all, and at a reasonable price. Luie works with a small, trustworthy crew. You can rest assured that the house is in good hands."

"Positive! We hired JS Home Improvement to do an extensive renovation that included removing a staircase, relocating another staircase, removing a 4.5 story chimney and then updating two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a bedroom. He was very attentive to details, flexible, timely and clean. Moreover the quality of his work was great, and he’s easy to work with."

"Outstanding company. Right from the start of this project we could tell that these were pros. Quick Estimate. Accurate and fair pricing. Timely, spot on estimate of job. On the job itself, the first two hours was spent prepping the house by taping and covering everything, even inside of closets. Very neat, very clean, very good at their craft. Would recommend this company any time. Finish product looks GREAT, well worth the effort."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Greenwich Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 349 reviews of 349 pros.
