"Ali's, (the owner) men showed up when they said they would. This was my daughter's condo. I got there a half hour before the men came. I found that my daughter didn't take the cover off the compressor. I called Ali to tell him what I found. He said his men were 5 minutes away and let them look at it. If that is all it is he would wave the service charge. After checking out the unit thoroughly they determined that the cover was the problem. The air was blowing cold. As Ali promised there was no service charge. It is refreshing to do business with a man of integrity. Not only will I call him for my daughter's unit but he gained a customer in me. His reviews are outstanding and now I know why."

"Great! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I felt respected and safe during this annual A/C inspection. I was able to arrange with the tech assistant for him to work totally OUTSIDE of my house. He worked on the compressors outside, while I turned on the AC units inside, following his instructions and communicating with him by mobile phone. Also, I cleaned/vacuumed all filters inside by myself, and showed him through a (closed) window in my house how clean they were! He approved them and said I'd done a great job. We did a great job together, and I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and safety measures. He even word gloves and mask outside.
