Shaun, the owner, inspected the garage door springs and tried opening and closing the garage door several times and determined an adjustment was all that was needed. we agreed to the estimate and work to be done. The adjustment was done quickly for both sides of the door once again testing the door for balance and if the springs had enough tension. All through this process Shaun explained to me what was being done and why. He answered other questions I had regarding the springs and hardware politely and knowledgeably. The railing requires a customized fabricated end piece, and they told us that it had been ordered. Later, they told us that the customized end piece had arrived. An installation date was set for June 4. On the installation date, the workers did not come. We left multiple messages on the phone box, but there has been no call back."
