"Phil designed and installed a custom entertainment center / cabinet that replaced an older cabinet in our home.   He designed the piece to accommodate an older-sized TV,  house some of our AV equipment, and painted it to exactly match our fireplace mantle. He and his apprentice were able to remove the older piece and install the new one without damaging any of our walls or floors.  This is the second time that we have used his services and are very happy with his design ingenuity and professionalism. <br />"

"We were leery of even seeking bids from a custom cabinet shop because of cost concerns, but we did so at the suggestion of our contractor. We were very pleasantly surprised to discover that Rich and Mike's could match a bid we had received for modular cabinets whose design would have forced us to reduce the number of drawers from nine to 3 in one of the baths and were unattractive in a number of other ways as well. Mike came down to measure and discuss our preferences, including our wishes for a finish stain. When we received the first set of working drawings, we changed our mind about a couple of features, emailed Mike to that effect, and within a day or two received a completely new set of drawings. The cabinets were delivered on schedule and installed by Jeff, whose experience, competence and friendliness were plainly evident. Put simply, we were bowled over by the craftsmanship and beautiful finish of our cabinets. Incidentally, we found no difficulty whatsoever with a shop outside of the immediate Sacramento area."
