"David, the owner of the company called me within minutes of my inquiry. I discussed with him the exact repair that was required and he priced it out immediately with a price that I could not refuse. We discussed the timing of the work and I mentioned that there was snow on the roof which did not deter him from performing the repair. "I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate.
