There were some delays with service, but when they were here they were professional, careful, and did a good job. The mites and borers were stopped. They were careful to cover our vegetable gardens for the mite spraying, and provided helpful advice. This year they promptly sent me their yearly maintenance proposal which we immediately accepted. But then they failed to set a date for service for a deep root feeding of the damaged tree which really needs it and although budded successfully on all limbs, is now failing to leaf. We called and service is now scheduled. They are responsive when prompted."
