"Nick contacted me in the morning to give me his ETA for a comprehensive $99 tune-up special appointment. From the moment he arrived he was personable, professional, clearly very knowledgable and very experienced. While starting the tune-up he quickly discovered that some of the issues which I thought would simply benefit from a little tightening, roller replacements and lubrication —- were actually signs of a potentially hazardous electrical failure of the motor — and that the springs already were well beyond functional life/strength. (Both of which were very old) . He answered every question I had, and clearly showed me and provided demonstrations of what was of concern. However he never once pressured me to make a decision to do any extra work.
