"Daniel Craig came to our home to look at what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the work (water valve on city side of meter) happened to be outside the scope of Plumbing Heating Paramedics. However, he was helpful in talking about what work may need to be done, how much it might cost, and what is what for water line responsibility. He was professional and helpful and I'd certainly consider them strongly for future work."

"Amazing company, from the scheduler to the installers. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable individuals. Made my first contact about 11:00 am. through Angi. Water heater replaced and installers gone approximately 3:00 p.m. All while performing quality work."

"The plumbers were great and did what needed to be done in a timely matter."

"They came promptly as promised. They gave estimate and followed through exactly. Water quality has improved dramatically from the ice cubes to the better tasting water to the coffee machine working efficiently again. Very satisfied."

"Said I needed to approach city or county about repair as it was their responsibility (water run-off drain); suggested I might even need to involve the Mayor's Action Committee (implying he didn't think the county/city would "get around" to the job without taking it to the mayor.) "Oh Good!" but probably helpful, knowledgeable advice!"

"Derrick was able to fix the leak on the cold water line leading to my waterheater within 20 minutes. Derrick was informative, professional, and efficient in getting the job completed. However, the initial price ($342) was very high he was able to get Pristine Plumbing to come down a bit. I still feel that for less than $15 in materials and less than 20 minutes of actual work that $250 was too high."

"They arrived and completed the install of the water heater as promised in a professional manner. They also cleaned up the area before leaving."

"We are selling our home and need a leaky valve fixed on our main water valve fixed. I was contacted by ACME, had an appointment scheduled, and had a technician out to my home all in the same day, which was very appreciated since we are on a strict timeline with selling our home. The technician was helpful and honest. He gave us the estimate for repairs, as well as the worst case scenario estimate in case anything more serious happened during the repair. The pricing was reasonable, and the speed in having a technician out can't be beat."

"We purchased the Fusion water softener. Very please with the finished product.  Our water is more cleaner and taste better.
