Our company does retrofit window replacement. We have been in business since 1990.We have a 5 star rating and thousands of satisfied customers. NO SALESMEN! You'll deal directly with me the owner. You'll get a better product for less money. With windows it's all about heat loss and they measure that with what they call a U-Factor, the lower the number the better. Being a PUD approved contractor they require a U-Factor of .30. We can get that number down to a .21 for open windows and .18 for non opening windows. A third better but does not cost a third more. And if you live where there is a lot of noise it will almost eliminate it coming through the windows!
"One of the panes on our double pane tempered glass skylight shattered the other night in our kids bathroom. I called around to several roofing companies, but all of them were busy, and/or only replaced skylights as part of roofing jobs. I called Mike @ Superior Glass, and he had a used skylight he sold me for $250, which they came and installed 2 days later. Much appreciate the prompt service, it looks great, and it saved me serious $$$."

The original install had a few flaws that allowed both glider windows to detach fully from the top if opened due to not shimming the top window edge correctly which resulted in crowning of the whole top part of the 3 piece window. Mike and Nick came out and helped us decide on a solution that would make my wife and I happy. It took Mike and Nick a half day to redo the window. At the end I was completely satisfied as I am sure my wife will be when she comes home tonight to see the work performed. "I paid for a roof inspection, but got a roof estimate instead. I should have realized this company was underhanded the second the guy came for an "inspection" without a ladder. I paid a down payment, requested a refund within the agreed upon time I could cancel the work without penalty. I was then ghosted by this company and am now out my down payment. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will high pressure you into a roof replacement, and if you cancel the job during the grace period they will GHOST YOU! Their salespeople will also LIE to you about not depositing checks until that grace period is over!!! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!"
