"This is the second tile job I've had Adrian work for us. The first job was to redo the tile for our hallway bathroom (floor and walls). We asked him to provide an estimate a few months back and decided to move forward a few weeks back. The job was to demo the floor in our laundry room, dispose of the old materials, install new backer board and tile. This work was completed on schedule and was perfectly done.

In addition to the laundry room, Adrian is redoing the tile in our guest bathroom. This part of the job includes demo of the wood floor, shower tile and remove sink. After completing the demo, we discovered a few things that I want to change before moving forward with the new tile installation. For example, I will be doing some sub floor repair, small reconfiguration of the space (framing changes), lighting changes, etc. Adrian was very adaptable to this change and was even able to suggest contacts to check with after I asked for any referrals.

Adrian always calls or texts to keep me informed of schedule and job updates. He's very friendly and detailed.

"The whole project went better than expected and extremely fast with no compromises on quality. Russell's leads the business and is the main planner and money guy - and safe to say that the rates are very competitive. Russell's crew are largely family members and were all extremely polite and considerate as we were living in the house during the project. The more senior crew members are very experience and clearly know finish carpentry and cabinetry very well. The younger guys took care of the more labor intensive work, but again were very skilled and fast. We did our project in two stages, the first only taking ~3 weeks with the larger kitchen and whole house remodel taking around 8 weeks; any other company would have taken 2-3 times as long. They moved fast, fast, fast. Over time, we learned to trust all the guys and would hire them again in a heart beat. I would say that this company isn't the type to hold your hand entirely through the project; you need to be into the details and understand what you're paying for. Before you sign the contract, make sure to specify every detail in writing of what you want an the exact cost."

"Everything went smoothly, from calling to schedule service, through completion. They called ahead to get information about the surfaces that required repair so that they could plan timing, tools, and materials accordingly. I had to wait several weeks for an appointment, but that is frequently the timeframe for services purchased via a deal, so it wasn't a problem. On the day of, once patching was done, the repairman reminded me to wait 24 hours and then sand the patches before painting. He offered that they could come back and do that step but since it had taken a few weeks already to schedule, I thought I might as well do the sanding myself rather than schedule another appointment.  I wish they had brought up the need to wait 24 hours for sanding when I originally scheduled my appointment. It would have been great to line up the second visit at that point - that is the only thing I would change.

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."

"Michael and his helper Billy did an excellent job of resurfacing a bathtub, tub surround, and pedestal sink in our rental property. Once they finished this project, they were amazingly helpful with other jobs we needed done.
