"Steven went above and beyond to finish the job at hand. He had to cut out my granite countertop to fit in a new cooktop. There was wood below the stone that was obstructing the installation. He went ahead and took care of that well beyond the job requirement and within the price we agreed upon. I'd without any hesitation recommend him. "The entire project went smoothly and beautifully. The contractor went above and beyond the original scope of work to get the work done at the highest quality. For example, the 6-step stair upgrade from carpet to wood went three man days extra with no extra charge just so it would make the perfect look. As this was the first time we did such a big project, updateing to original plan is unavoidable but the contractor are very keen on listening and accommodating our changes at a fair cost. My entire project turn-around time was 3 weeks, which is amazing, given changes and upgrades we made made under the way. Other bids with we received was 6 weeks to 3 months at similar or higher cost. Since project moved so fast, you will need to be on top of the progress and work closely with the contractor to make timely decision and keep the contractor timely updated with what you want/don’t want to avoid any misunderstandings and costs for undoing. They were completely professional and even when things took longer than they anticipated they did not charge me any more. I LOVE this company and will never use anyone else again! We had problems with 4 other stone contractors before they came in. They fixed all of my problems and were absolutely charming to deal with. They turned me on to some amazing cleaning products as well. I thought I had to replace our master shower enclosure and they gave me a stone cleaner that took ALL the hard water stains off of the shower door in a matter of minutes - I sprayed it on rubbed it in with no pressure at all waited 15 minutes and rinsed it off and it looked like a brand new shower. I had a cleaning business for 15 years and I never saw a product like it; it also cleans the stone in the shower of course. The owner Todd is incredibly knowledgeable and he can help you with any stone problem you have I am sure of it. They also gave me a 6 year warranty on all of the surfaces they sealed!"
