He had done a range of medium size projects for me in the last 10 years, ranging from kitchen back splash installation, Range Hood fan installation, to bathroom shower remodeling. I was always impressed with the work quality and competitive pricing. The latest major job he just finished for me this week is a major master bathroom remodeling, which includes installation a new freestanding tub and new title floor, which requests removal of existing jet tub, installing new title, freestanding tub & faucet, vanity, lights, and mirrors. The whole job took a full two weeks to complete. The work is done on time with excellent quality. Overall quote was competitive to begin with and Scott actually completed the job below cost at the end. Hard to find a good and honest contractor like Scott these days."

"We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. "We are thrilled with our recent bathroom remodel. We had our builder-grade tub converted to a walk in shower, with new tile, fixtures, and hardware throughout the bathroom. Clinton did a fantastic job listening to what we wanted and walking us through every option and decision. The entire team did a great job executing our vision. The quality and attention to detail were stellar. To mention some minor cons, our initial experience with the sales team was frustrating, and we would have preferred to communicate directly with the project manager much earlier in the process. The job also ended up taking significantly longer than expected, but this was mostly due to unanticipated structural issues. The final product was worth these issues.
