They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out. We enlarged the master bath into an adjacent bedroom. Now we have a cabinet with drawers, the same size shower as before, and a partially re-arranged floor plan. Gary scheduled the other contractors needed to complete the job: plumbing, electrical, tile, granite work, and paint. The job took longer and cost more than originally planned (these things generally do). We had the work done 2 years ago and are still very pleased with the work."

"I was in the purchase process for this home in November, and the bank held up the financing because of roof issues.  Steve did a quick fix for free & provided documentation for the bank to complete financing, then turned around and did a mid-December roof replacement. <br /> He was the best bid I received on the job, and was punctual.  The house has a variety of roofing segments and challenges and took slightly more time than what he estimated, which is to be expected especially given the mid-December weather.   It's been two years now and I have had absolutely no problems. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Very well, they cleaned small living room, small dinning room, stairs and small hallway. The company responded quick to my request for an estimate. Their price for the service area was very good. The guys called before coming and arrived early. They got right to work. They sprayed carpet, scrubbed it, then steamed cleaned it. It took them only and hour. The guys were very nice and polite. They also told me to put my ceiling fans on to help the carpet dry faster."
