"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"The massive double deck at our home was on it’s last legs, literally. After time, all decks reach a point where safety becomes a consideration, and procrastination is not an option. Ryan is outstanding in regards to his knowledge of anything decking. When he states ‘the best way to do this,’ you just know it’s factual. He’s a true and rare craftsman, only seen in a bygone era. His right hand man, Taylor, was also instrumental in the success of the project. It was like having Yoda and Luke Skywalker building my massive deck. Micah, overseeing the project, was in constant communication throughout the project, never failing to respond to my calls. His follow-through, superb organizational skills, and a plethora of decking experiences are truly an asset. His aim is to keep you happy, and for you to feel good about the project you have assigned to him. He sincerely appreciates your business, and projects it through his actions. The end result was spectacular! The workmanship was outstanding and beyond reproach. No unwanted gaps, no warped wood, no unsightly errors. The high level of professionalism, as well as the high level of craftsmanship, contribute to the success of this company. Everything is well thought out, and carried toward perfection. It was a ‘stellar’ job (excuse the pun), that produced a deck worthy of a home magazine cover. I commend Micah, Ryan, Taylor, and their crew for putting their heart into this project."

"Let me start by saying, this ADU project was for my daughter, Macy. Macy has I/DD and Autism and will likely not be able to live away from us, her parents, unless she is in assisted living of some sort. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. He was also always up front about the costs of the various components. Our new home is gorgeous and reflects his sharp eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier. "During wind storm a tree fell on out buildings. A garage and 2 sheds. This company was fast in tarping garage roof to keep rain from getting in. Also, Anwar was quick to give estimates on repairing garage roof and sheds. His crews put new roof on garage and sheds as well as replacing broken rafters caused by the tree. They prepped and painted garage and sheds. They look brand new. Anwar interfaced with my insurance company to get additional considerations from the original insurance estimate. I was especially appreciative of his help. You can't go wrong by hiring Dluxe Construction!!!"
