He performed the grading and installed a French drain system. He then layed sod throughout my yard and provided several weeks of treatment until the new sod was established. He also educated me on how to control the fungus issue going forward.

"The owner was based out of Wakulla County and I believe his son works out of Tallahassee.  The father came by right on time for his estimate and the work was performed perfectly.  There was a board that had a big knot in it that I was certain wouldn't hold up and he replaced that board promptly.  I might be off on the date within a couple of months but the work was performed in either 2009 or 2010.
