"David Johnson and HIS Plumber were recommended by a retired home inspector whose recommendations I hold in high regard (based on excellent experiences with every person he's recommended.) This experience was no different--Excellent! <br /> David Johnson is a true professional. He does what he says he's going to do, he provides high quality plumbing services at a reasonable cost, and he's a good person -- the kind of service provider you can trust and would want working in your home. <br /> Our old hot water heater was tucked into a very tight space and removal/replacement would be challenging. The original water heater installer had "rigged" a connection through piping with our HVAC that was out-of-code (spotted by both my HVAC service provider, ANM, and David Johnson of HIS Plumber). <br /> As I commented in my review of my excellent HVAC service provider from ANM Heating & Air, Jeff Laratonde, David and Jeff worked together very well to make sure the installation of both our new hot water heater and HVAC system into a very cramped space went as smoothly as possible and would enable easy ongoing maintenance for any service provider.  <br /> When looking at the space, understanding the changing needs of our family, and through a coordinated effort with Jeff at ANM Heating & Air, David Johnson and HIS Plumber was able to fit in an even larger high quality Rheem hot water than we had previously in the space. Moreoever, the layout of the David's plumbing, including the new drain pipe to the outside, looks very clean and professional, unlike the previous piping from the original installer. <br /> In addition, in an unrelated job, we had an old sets of clear "plastic" Price Phister faucet fixtures that were difficult to clean and hat become stained. Moreover, the screw in one of them had become stripped over time. David was able to drill out the screw without damaging the faucet, and used his contacts to obtain and replace the old faucets with a metal ones that used the same faucet mechanism.  <br />    <br /> Finally, in another unrellated job, the drain plug handle for our master bathroom sink had broken after 20+ years of use. David's son Peter replaced the impacted connectors and drain components. My drain plug is working better than it every has.  <br /> I would highly recommend HIS Plumber to anyone who is looking for great plumber that you can trust. <br /> <br />"

"Very, very well! Billy had another job earlier in the day, but kept me aware of the situation and came by to take a look at around 4:30pm. While I was convinced the lack of water pressure was caused by the main water line from the street, Billy checked everything out and, in less than 30 minutes, figured out where the problem was located and what to do. And, of course, it was not the main water line (as I suspected). In fact, Billy figured out the problem and got the water pressure back on without putting a shovel in the ground!! Who knows what would have happened if I contacted a less-experienced, less-credible individual... Fantastic job!!"
