"What a FABOULOUS experience! Jonathan the owner, was quick to respond and visited the site the first day we spoke to review the project and prepare the quote. The job was interior painting of a 2-story house with high (20â ceilings) and the installation of a built-in floor to ceiling bookcase. Jonathan was not just responsive and honest, but he always went the extra mile. He was quick to size up the project and provide recommendations on how to be cost effective without sacrificing the look of the finished project. They may not be the cheapest but they were very competitive and did high quality work. The entire crew was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Every employee was proficient and professional which stems from Jonathan himself. Jonathan was very accommodating, and very good at communicating. You will not find nicer or more conscientious people to work with. A special shout out to Brad who was the project leader. He and his crew were always in contact with the status of the project. My whole down stairs had a sewer back up and I had to remove 24 inches of drywall from almost all of my downstairs. He completed this job in one day by himself!! "We wanted to bring a new look to the house by replacing the floor. After checking several companies, we decided to contact landmark construction because we saw a project that they did and we liked the feedback from the people that hired them. We met with Ezra and he looked and saw the house. He provided us with several samples of wood floor and after we selected the floor that we wanted to have, we met again for the final price for the work. Ezra was able to work with us about the price and the dates of installation. He was able to send 4 guys that will remove the old floor and to install the new one. The work was completed after 2 weeks and this could happened only because they worked on several sections at the house in the same time. The workers cleaned each space at the house where they worked and we were pleased with this type of work.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using him in the future.

I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.
