"I had a leak in washing machine and some grinding noise when spinning. I talked to Dan on Tuesday. He said it would be $35 to look at issue. I told him I needed him on Wednesday at 11 am. . Dan was early to the appointment. He took apart washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. The water pump was leaking and had debris in it that caused it to make noise. He went to his truck, grabbed new pump, and installed it. Now the washer works like brand new. $90 total (which included labor). Very reasonable price and professional service. I will call Premium Appliance for any future appliance repairs."

"Very happy with service. Original plumber hired to install dishwasher cancelled. Isaacs called me within a half hour posting on Angi and was able to come out same day and get it hooked up. Pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend."

"Sticker Shock, watch out! I ve never worked with an appliance company that charges a diagnostic fee separate from the work. They charge $80 to look at the appliance (which is fine) and then they add the parts and labor to it vs the standard practice of rolling the diagnosis into the labor. For this reason alone I will not do business with them again. In addition, their owner Kevin calls me to see if we can move our appointment up, I speak with him about despite the inconvenience of moving it up I d let him know. I give the guy a call back on my way home and he misses 3 calls, then calls me back in the evening (after the work was done to my home) to see what he could do for me after I left him a detailed message. He didn t listen to the message, took hours to call back, and as a result did not relay important information to his techs coming to my house. He never listened to or relayed the information and the result was his techs aggravating my neighbor because he never relayed my message to his guys. Their techs were fabulous despite all of this thank god, otherwise it would have been a totally regrettable experience. Charles"

"My almost 30 year old Kenmore washing machine started making strange noises when agitating or spinning. I selected Speedway (Moses Moss) based on Angi recommendation. He came out and did an inspection of machine but at the time it was operating OK in all cycles. I paid an inspection fee and he told me to contact him if any further issue. The following weekend during the 2nd load, the washer drum no longer turned during spin cycle although water pumped out. I called Moses the following Monday. He came out later in the day, diagnosed problem and repaired the washer. I was very happy with his expertise and responsiveness and will definitely contact him in the future with any appliance issues."
