"We had a sewage backup in the house. An absolute mess. Later at night. Kept calling and couldn't get anyone to come out. Finally found Lackey's through Thumbs-up. Thank God. The guys came out and did an excellent job. They cleared the blockage, cammed it, saw a root in the pipe, and were able to clear that out all in the same night. Reasonable priced, too. Professional and incredibly positive throughout the whole experience. I made sure to save their number for any future issues. Highly recommend."

"Andrew went beyond the original request to clear a toilet that had gotten clogged with protein powder, and also fixed brief problems with the other two toilets in the house. He knew what to do with each problem, had the tools to fix them quickly but thoroughly, and charged the excellent flat rate that he'd quoted for just the clog clearing. He accommodated our schedule, and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend Andrew at Central Mass Drain Cleaning (AKA Worcester County Drain Cleaning)."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"I met Wes on Angies list last year, so I'm a happy repeat customer, and I will call him again. This time I had some challenging upper kitchen cabenets that I started to do myself, and set up the first corner cabinet and said self, you'd better call Wes, (my 1920 house predates thstraight lines).
