"I contacted Environmental Pest Management through their website and received a return call from Jason within 30 minutes. We discussed our pest control needs - we had 5 LARGE field ant nests in our yard and everything we had tried to get rid of them just made the ants angry and stronger. We scheduled our first treatment within a few days. Jason arrived and treated our yard and the outside of our home. "Apparently, I neglected to hire a company smarter than a 'possum. After three days, they removed the traps and left a note saying no animal was present. I called the office and they agreed to come out again. Again they just set up the trap and, while I was out of town, removed it in three days with a "no animal" note on the door. I was charged $200 and never given my Angie's List discount. One day later, I saw the possum going back under the shed. When I called back, they refused to come out again. The 'possum is laughing at Critter Control, but I am not."
