The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. "Ask for Craig. His official title is VP of Operations, but I think he needs a new job title: Miracle Worker. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."
