"I had called seven different ceramic tilers on Angie's List and only heard back from three. One mentioned that the job was too small, another came out and suggested we keep the tub dry for two weeks (we only have one bathroom so this wasn't realistic), and Francesco was the third. The other two also returned calls after I had left a message, but Francesco answered his phone and responded to text messages immediately. Although this job was actually too small for Francesco, he agreed to squeeze it into his busy schedule. "I recently had some work on master shower (the protective film was pealing off my marble tiles) completed by Boston Stone. Paul (the owner) was the one who personally did the work. Paul was very professional, punctual, knowledgable and repaired my tiles in a timely manner... Fast forward and no more pealing. I was so impressed that I also hired Paul to resurface my granite countertops. They used to be hard to clean and would leave a sticky residue. Paul rehoned (I believe that is the correct terminology) the countertops, and they are much easier to clean and look significantly better.
