After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! Yuriy arrived on time, was professional and cleaned up properly after himself. The price was quite fair and I am very pleased to have my window functioning and keeping out the cold air. Yay! April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
