"1920 home had ZERO insulation!! Dean and his team did a great job for an AMAZING price!! Walls, attic basement sills, under flooring in the crawl space, dining room window 'bump out' and a porch area I have converted to a pantry/laundry room. Some Blown-in, some batt and board and some spray foam. Thoroughly discussed why which insulations were the best choices for the areas we were remedying. Everything was clean and you couldn't even tell they had been here!! In and out in less than a day!! Had originally been told 4-6 weeks before they could make it out but we worked out a Sat and it was done within 2 weeks!! I am SOOO happy, can't wait to see how my NISPCO budget changes =-) I wasn't home, had to lock my kitties in a room and Dean even let my babies back out when they left!! I am also a Realtor and would not hesitate referring D&N to any one of my clients!!!"

"The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. I have great respect for his integrity and would recommend him as a professional of the highest caliber. If I should decide not to move in a few years, I will be calling USA Insulation, Mark Owens."

"Prior to choosing ABS, I received several quotes and made my final decision based ABS being family owned and operated. When I received my quote from Aaron, he inspected my crawl space and outside my home. He took several reading of the moisture throughout the wood. Aaron spent several hours going over all the issues he found. Time was not an issue for Aaron, as he explained the situation to us, he answered all our questions (sometimes twice) and was very polite. Now onto the days of installation, day one, Joe their lead engineer and crew arrived onsite. Joe was polite and knowledge of the job he was there to perform. He stayed in constant contact with me. Walked me through the process they were doing each day. They spent 5 days due to the size of the job. On day 4 is where they had issues, some larger jobs tends to have unexpected complications. The complications are where you will know if you hired a good company or not. As I stated Joe’s continuous communication with me helped me understand their issues and the company’s solutions. They had to call in more support and because this is a family owned company even the owner showed up. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and what they did to fix the issues. They did not charge me the additional material or time. They went above and beyond what most companies would have done. Now I have a solid and dry crawl space and that is all thanks to American Basement Solutions. "Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. If I need a new roof I would definitely hire them again."

They showed up on time, Willie, the crew chief, did a great job of explaining what they were going to do, and they did exactly what he said. No hidden surprises & he kept me informed (and showed me) their progress along the way. They sawed & jackhammered my basement, laid drain tiles, put in a sump pump, carted in a boat-load of gravel & cement. They finished on time, on budget, and when they left, my basement was cleaner than before they started the work! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for basement waterproofing or crawlspace work -- the entire experience with them was an absolute pleasure. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
