Unbeknownst to us, the original review had to be replaced; only 1 review per business/customer. This revision is to provide a whole review of our experience. The project was completed by the scheduled completion date. John responded to a quote request, met us and discussed our needs. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."
