"The salesperson promised all would go well, he had checked our doors and no doors would have to be shaved for the flooring to fit (now some doors cannot be opened because they need to be shaved) said the flooring would be glued to the floor (it was not), said they would move up to 8 pieces of furniture per room so we did not have to move anything (we had to rush in over the holiday and move all of the stuff out of the way), promised an extra 10% off the cost of the bill as a special (we were declined that also), and also said installation would start on Wednesday November 24th at 8 am. No one showed up at that time, and when they did they brought the wrong color of flooring so they could not start. They had to rush through the job on Saturday and Sunday because we opened again on Monday, and installed flooring over an existing drain that we need uncovered (it still has not been fixed even though we have contacted them several times over the past two weeks). Two doors still do not open easily because the doors were not shaved. And, the foreman Ryan did not have the people return when he said he would to fix these issues last Saturday before 1 pm. Now our calls arent being returned anymore. But, they made sure to call us right away to try and get paid for the balance of the job, and even that person never wrote back when we voiced our concerns. Bottom line, the sales person Jeff promised the world and did not deliver it, the foreman has not gotten back to us, and we need a drain uncovered as we are a hospital and need all drains to be open for a reason. So, we like the flooring, but the lack of communication, lack of organization/planning, unfulfilled promises, and general inaccurate information cause us to not really want to recommend them, unfortunately."
