The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We hope never to have a lightning strike again at our home, but as the weather patterns change, we fear that is more possible than in the past. We feel more protected after our lightning protection installation. But you never know how successful something is if the proof is in something never happening! But we'll take it."

"A fence installer cut into the house service entry wires with a jackhammer. The fence crew understandably refused to continue and left. I called Eric and even though I still had power, he came within an hour to evaluate, concerned it was an emergency, after normal working hours. Early next morning he came and completed the repair. Access was very difficult and required a lot of digging. Finished the job by mid-morning. Excellent service all around and well worth the fee."

"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."

"Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

"Steve Daigle estimated the job. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted which was 240 volt/50 amp capability to keep a hot tub running enough to prevent freezing in the cold weather. Then he left and spent another day researching and communicating with me until he found the perfect solution. We ended up installing two Ecoflow Delta Pro 3's and a 50 amp hub and a switch that removes the entire house electrical system from the grid and runs every circuit in the house off of the batteries. Morrice installed the system in one afternoon and it works perfectly! It's a nice tidy installation and way above my expectations!"
