"The owner is fantastic, he was able to get the job done with a few days of me calling because I was having floors installed. My only problem was that they accidentally painted part of a wall that was already painted, fixed it but not so that it isn't noticeable, there is a large drip on the wall and they didn't put a second coat on one of the walls. All minor things, but in the future I will take a closer look at any jobs I hire them to do in the future. <br />"

"Very impressed with the work from Roger and all of his crew members. He has been working with the various crew members for a minimum of five years so they really know who they are sending to your house. Roger and his supervisor Scott were great about keeping me informed with what was coming next and they both visited the site regularly (at least a 2 - 3 times a week) to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with everything. Roger was very flexible with making changes as we went, once the addition was framed in we decided we wanted less windows and he quickly worked with the crew to change the plan and gave us a credit on the final settlement for the windows we didn't use. He also went above and beyond when we decided to add solar tubes, using a company from California that had the exact tubes that I wanted which were not available with any local dealers. They even had one of their crew pick it up in Farmville and bring it to the site in Ashland to reduce shipping costs. His crews take pride in their work, doing extras like routing all the deck boards on our porch to minimize splinters for our 1 and 3 year olds. Roger understands the best way to stay in business is to provide quality work at a fair price. I would definitely use his company again."
