From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance.
