"This is a family owned company in business for generations and they take pride in not only knowing their product but also in their work. When I first called & talked to Denise she spent half an hour describing the product and referred me to a website that was incredibly helpful in making a decision on our roofing material and installer. <br /> Because of fires and wet or windy weather in Colorado the work was delayed from the original install date but it was well worth waiting for. Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof.  <br /> They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. The crew was courteous, professional and worked very hard to do a beautiful job.  <br /> Our neighbor decided to replace his roof at the same time and is also very happy with the product and their work. <br /> The VersaShield layed under the roof will keep our home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. and the roofing material used, Metro stone coated metal roof, lowered our home insurance rate by half and is top rated.   <br /> We are so very happy with Llanro Roofing and would highly recommend them. "After I contacted them they were prompt  in sending a representative out to make an estimate.  After I signed a contract it took them a full month before they got to the job.  they also said the estimator had not correctly described the repair needed on the horse sed and wanted more more to fix it properly.  When the finally came to do the work, they were very professional and completed the job in one day.  Except for the long delay in getting to the job and the adjustment to the quoted price to fix the horse barn roof, they did an excellent job. <br />"

"Called him. He answered and came soon to look at our house. He was on time, sitting in his car in front of the house; He came to the door about 15 minutes later. He found the problems (where our roof was leaking), and showed us pictures. He called us a day or two later with the estimate. He said it was 1100 bucks. He came the next day after we said OK. He did not do the job since he came alone, and forgot a tool. He came the next day with a partner and finished the job in about 5 hours, where lunch was probably included in that time. He mentioned it was a lot of work, when I saw him on the roof when I came home from work. I knew it did not take that much work since my wife told me what time he started. He knew I did not think it was a lot of time/work. I had complained about the price when he first gave the estimate, and possibly several times after that. When he finished the job, he reduced the initial price by 100 dollars. The new material used on the vertical parts of the roof does not match the original material, which is also on the front of the house. He did say that the original material was prone to leaking. Anyway, it was done very quickly, even though he came from far away. After several months, everything is still fine. I think no shingles were replaced."

"QRS did an excellent job on my roof. Matt Terry is the best. He came to my door and said I needed new roof and that he could help me get it done. So I took the chance and trusted him and he was wonderful. He did all the work with State Farm and I just sat back. I got full replacement on roof, gutters and screens and Matt made that happen. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
