"We would like to submit a glowing review for the East Coast Comfort team. Tony and his team came to our house today to install a Fujitsu mini split heat pump in our attic room. They were on time, cordial, friendly, respectful, and they worked diligently to install our unit. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the new unit is working beautifully."

"My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."

"The employees were all informative, answered all my questions and were able to install a new A/C unit the next day. They were on time for both the check and the install. They were respectful and completed the install earlier than expected. I would highly recommend Rohrerâ s!"

"Easy to work with, great work, great installations, I have not had any issues and did it in a timely manner."

"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"Horizon did a great job on our shower faucet install."

"Professional all the way. Good design. Excellent Mitsubishi products. Installation team was polite and effective. Only took day and a half, just like they said it would. Also offered 0% financing offer could not be beat. System required a few minor tweaks. They came out immediately at no cost. Very happy with the experience and new A/C."

"Great personality, very precise with the description of work to be performed, showed up on time, completed the job in a timely matter and workers were great and installed the unit with ease. Very professional group that worked together as a team."

"Fantastic experience. We had a 40 year old underground oil tank removed and a new tank installed. Bill and Rob are rock stars - totally competent and professional with a great "can do" attitude. I paid the price quoted and Joe even fixed the miscommunication with the Township over permitting on project day. I would definitely hire Superior again!!"
