"Glass ordered and will schedule installation when it arrives."

"We needed a new storm door, repairs on a large, custom built sliding glass door, and replacement screens for a bunch of windows. The quote we received for the projects was reasonable and fair. Other companies told us that the sliding glass door couldn't be repaired, but the repair on this door made it work the best in the 25 years we've lived in our home. We discovered that our original storm door had not been installed optimally. We appreciated the expertise that we received in the installation of the new door. Communications with the office by phone and email were professional and prompt. All-around a great experience! We highly recommend them."

"Eugene McManus did a super job installing a frameless shower door for me. Was professional, neat, understood what I was looking for and was great to work with!"

"had a double glass window replace. A gentleman came the same day to replace the glass. He removed the window and replaced the glass he came with all the materials needed and was quick."

"Here are the before and after pics of the beautiful work Daniel and his team did! This company was such a pleasure to work with, I honestly wish I had more work to give them. Always prompt, great communication, and excellent workmanship. I have no problem giving good praise when itâ s due - and with this company, it is! We met the owner at the Philly Home Show. Yes, the owner was there himself. He gave us a rough estimate right there on the spot. He was able to have his lead technician come out and give us a real estimate that same week - which by the way, ended up being comparable to the original estimate after all was said and done. We booked with them and had our new, gorgeous shower enclosure installed just weeks later! Iâ m so impressed with how it came out and highly recommend Glass Doctor of KOP!"

"Nicest people in the world.  Easy to make an appointment.  Pleasant folks.

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"We had Shower by Design install aframeless glass enclosure in our remodeled master bathroom. We were extremely happy with the price, the customer service and the quality job. Brandon was great to work with! We definitely recommend him!"
