When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."
