He definitely had his work cut out for him because I have an older home and previous to my ownership, someone had really messed up the electrical work and things were also outdated. However, David is very knowledgeable and has a relaxed demeanor, which made me confident with his work. I know that he has made my home much safer. He completed everything in a timely and professional manner. After discussing the work with other electrical professionals, I've found that his pricing is very reasonable and he never suggests doing any unnecessary things. "We have been hit twice by lightning by God's grace either one hit our home however the last strike burnt art motorhome to the ground William was hired to install lightning protection lightning rods on our home and two out buildings he took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know answering every question professionally conducted himself in the utmost professional manner I would highly recommend lightning rods and even more highly recommended hiring William to do the job we are going to do an expansion later on and he will be the one and only contractor I will call to continue our lightning protection"

"I generally really dislike leaving feedback. I find myself honest to a fault because I believe it's a responsibility to leave honest, accurate feedback for potential other customers. Then I go through this process of "am I being too nit-picky", "am I being overly sensitive", etc, and finally I don't leave the review because if it isn't good, will it hurt the business, or just as bad, reviews that say "they were great" isn't helpful at all....and so I buckle under the pressure of my own assessment. I say all that here to tell you I have ZERO issues writing this review right now. I reached out to Mr. Electric because a project that was supposed to start in August was bumped up on the schedule, and as always, I procrastinated getting someone to come out and move an electrical box and some conduit. I reached out to Mr. Electric on a Thursday, and the following Monday was promised someone (Travis M from Mr Electric) would come out and give us a quote on the work. Travis showed up right on time, and only was he super-flexible with whatever work I asked for (added in 2 outside electrical boxes besides the electrical box reconfiguration and move), they gave me a more than reasonable quote for the work and told me they could get the work done right then and there. My wife and I agreed, and the final result was phenomenal. Travis M and also Andrew from Mr. E jumped right in, and did a superb, professional job in a matter of a couple of hours. I would be remiss if I didn't say that not only was their work professional, their attitude and conduct was professional beyond reproach. To be fully honest, they looked and acted the part of professional electricians from a professional company. These 2 gentlemen represented Mr. Electric in a fully excellent way, and they will be my go-to for future projects. Perfect 10 out of a possible 5 stars!"

"Bill was very knowledgeable with our lightning rod project. Performed a full installation to our home. The very tall chimney was a lightning magnet, and he used a custom attachment for it and a low profile system to suit our home, did a perfect job with the grounding cable, it can hardly be seen from the ground. He also provided a free inspection to an existing lightning rod system on the barn and our building. Very reasonably priced, and we are very happy with our new investment. "The first time we called Powerman it was past 5:00pm on a Friday night. He returned our call by 7:00pm and scheduled time to meet with at 10:00am the very next morning on a Saturday. We were moving into a new house and needed him to help with various problems around the house. He gave us an incredibly fair estimate for all of the things we needed worked on and we were able to get him scheduled to do the work the right away. A little while later, an outdoor light he has installed for us stopped working. We reached out an he sent someone to look at it the same day. We found out the light had gone bad -- and just needed to install a new one. He didn't charge us for checking it out even though it wasn't his fault! A few months later we had an emergency where a section of the house's electricity stopped working. I called him late that night and he was over the very next day to find the problem and fix it! "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
