He was so helpful even though it was later in the night and I know he had had a long day but not once did he slow down his work and helped with getting to know where they problem was so it so it could be fixed. They claim I need an electrician to install a shut-off valve, citing a “new law,” but this requirement has existed since 2011—something any reputable plumber should know. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
