"We bought a ring pro doorbell that required us to upgrade the transformer. We had an old transformer that ran at 10V. I thought we needed a 16V (this was the answer to our problem according to Ring and my research) so we finally caved and looked for multiple quotes online. We then proceeded to install the ring doorbell but to our disappointment after installing, calling customer support and researching found that we need a higher voltage transformed (soo annoyed). I called Raul back to see how much it would be to get a higher voltage transformer. He offered to do the exchange and would only charge us the price difference of the transformer.
